ARE ACID.FLWRS REAL?

The flowers are real, fresh cut Phalaenopsis orchids.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

In good conditions the stems last ~2-3 weeks on average. Often even longer if you care for them!

BUT I WANT THEM TO LAST FOREVER - WILL YOU PAINT ME A FAKE ONE?

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ACID.FLWRS?

Your AF stems are delivered in a water vial to keep them hydrated in transit. They can quite happily stay in this but keep an eye on the water level and top up if required.

If putting in a vase only submerge the stem in a few inches of water.

Trim the end of the stem on an angle above the lowest node if the stem is drying out.

Display out of extreme temperatures.

CAN I BUY ACID.FLWRS?

Yes. ACID.FLWRS are available for purchase when a drop is live.

WHAT ARE DROPS?

Drops are limited edition collections, released at different points throughout the year.

WHY CAN'T I JUST BUY THEM NOW?

Because these are art, baby, and you can't rush art.

HOW MANY FLWRS RELEASED IN A DROP?

Each drop is limited edition, which varies pending the artist's capacity, but not a lot. Your stems are completely unique and unrepeatable.

DROP DELIVERY

As a general rule AF drops are delivered by post. The flwrs are packaged safely in custom orchid boxes and are sent express on the Wednesday of drop week. Pending delivery address, these usually arrive within two days. Occasionally orders in inner Sydney may be delivered in person rather than by post.

POSTAL RANGE

Postal delivery for ACID.FLWRS is available for Greater Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide, within the Australia Post Express network. Flwrs will be posted by Express Post on the Wednesday of drop week, and are then at the mercy of Australia Post. Delivery time will depend on your location. If you miss the delivery we recommend picking up from the post office ASAP.

At this time due to biosecurity laws we cannot deliver to WA, NT or TAS.

PERSONAL DELIVERY

Depending on timing and location, custom orders can be requested for personal delivery. These flwrs will be wrapped in a bouquet. The personal delivery zone is inner Sydney only. City, East, Inner West...you get it. Contact to check if you're not sure.

Someone must be at the address to accept delivery. In the event that no one is home we will leave them at the door but no responsibility is taken in this situation.
